2006 Trip to Switzerland

Purpose:

We came from four families that have done a great deal of genealogy. We could wall-paper our home with all of the pedigree charts and family group sheets that have previously been put together by other family members. However, it appears that when someone gets excited about doing family history work, they inevitably duplicate much of the work that has previously been done. Wouldn't it be great to know, at the click of a few buttons, if the work that has been compiled on your lines was correct? Wouldn't it be wonderful to know that you are, indeed, searching the correct ancestry. That is our purpose here. I feel strongly that to benefit the most people, our information needs to be easily available. You are welcome to copy and use all information posted here. We would appreciate credit however. I truly believe this is the best way to cut down on unnecessary duplication of work. If you have any information you would like to post, please email me and I would love to share - as long as it is well documented and free to publish. I try very hard to give credit where the credit is due and hope you will do the same. I have also included an email link so you can leave comments and suggestions for us. We hope you will enjoy this labor or love.
